Shipping & Returns

Returns

If you have any goods to be returned, you are first required to complete a Return Authorization (RA).  This can be accessed by logging on to your online account, selecting the relevant order, and clicking on the RA button on the same page as your order. Once the completed form has been received, Pamarco will process the request and email you with the instructions on how to handle your return. No returns will be accepted by Pamarco without this step being completed.

If the goods were ordered by you in error and bought from finished stock (i.e. off-the-shelf), and in our opinion can be returned to stock and re-sold, goods may be returned for credit. However, goods will only be accepted if they are received by Pamarco less than six months after they were initially shipped to you, unused and in perfect condition, such condition to be solely based upon the opinion of Pamarco.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge, and subject to you paying the original freight costs incurred in delivering the goods, and the costs of returning the goods to Pamarco.
